Physiology of Top Performance - Global Exercise Physiology Summer Academy
The Physiology of Top Performance Summer School, taking place between June 29 – July 3, 2026 in Budapest, is a unique and scientifically advanced program designed to provide in-depth insight into the physiology of elite athletic performance. Bringing together internationally renowned experts, the course offers a cutting-edge, research-driven learning experience for students, researchers, coaches, and professionals in sport science.
During the course, participants will explore key topics such as:
- Physiological mechanisms of elite performance
- Circulation and endurance-related adaptations
- Nutritional interventions and performance enhancement
- Mitochondrial function and metabolic limitations
- Exercise-induced adaptation and recovery processes
